Terms of use

Last updated 22 July 2026

These terms cover this website and the early-access process. Using Nerve commercially is governed by a separate written agreement.

1. Scope

These terms apply to your use of dubhlan.com and to applying for or participating in Nerve early access. They are between you and Dubhlán, LLC (“Dubhlán”), Garner, North Carolina, USA. Your use of the Nerve service — whether managed or deployed on-premises — is governed by a separate agreement; where that agreement and these terms conflict, that agreement governs the product.

2. The website

We provide this site “as is”, to tell you about what we build. We work to keep it accurate, but it may contain errors or change without notice, and nothing here is a binding offer, warranty, or professional advice. Product descriptions are subject to the caveats stated on the relevant pages.

3. Early access

Early access is offered at our discretion, by application, and may be limited, changed, or withdrawn. Taking part does not create an ongoing obligation on either side unless and until we sign a separate agreement. Anything we discuss under an NDA stays under that NDA.

4. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site: no attempts to break, overload, scrape at scale, or gain unauthorised access; no unlawful use; no infringement of others' rights. Good-faith security research is welcome — see below.

5. Intellectual property

The Dubhlán name, the crest, the site's content and design, and the Nerve product are owned by Dubhlán or its licensors. These terms don't grant you any licence to them beyond viewing this site. Nerve's own licence terms are provided separately.

6. Security research

Found a vulnerability in this site or in Nerve? Please tell us at [email protected] before disclosing it elsewhere, and give us a reasonable chance to fix it. We won't pursue good-faith research that respects users' privacy and doesn't degrade the service.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, Dubhlán is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website, and our total liability in connection with the site is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for site access (typically nothing) or one hundred US dollars. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The courts located in North Carolina have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes relating to this website.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; the date above shows the current version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
